During this busy season, many of us find ourselves frazzled and challenged to stay grounded and peaceful. Mindfulness is a state of being in which you pause and pay attention. This workshop (lead by an artist husband and yogi wife) introduces ways to facilitate the mindful state we strive for through tools such as movement, breath work and watercolor.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
